All our appliances are brand new, straight from manufacturers. We never sell refurbished or used items as new – what you see is exactly what you’ll receive!
Do appliances come with warranties?
Yes! Most appliances come with standard manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty information is listed on each product page. We recommend registering your warranty as soon as you receive your appliance.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Fast 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx – perfect when you need your appliance quickly!
Free Shipping: Budget-friendly 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over $50 (which covers nearly everything in our store!)
How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (including weekends!). For fastest processing, order on weekdays before 2pm EST.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to a few remote areas. At checkout, we’ll notify you if we can’t deliver to your location. International customers may need to pay local import duties – we’ll calculate these at checkout when possible.
What if I’m not home when my appliance is delivered?
Our carriers will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. You can also request package hold at local facilities. For large appliances, we recommend arranging for someone to be present during delivery windows.

Returns & Exchanges
