Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Please note:
- All appliances must be returned in resalable condition
- Original packaging and all included materials must be intact
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply for opened items
- Used cooktops and ranges
- Opened small appliances (blenders, toasters, etc.)
- Installation-based products like range hoods that have been mounted
- Any appliance with removed safety seals
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse using the provided return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
